The Patriots will host the Packers this season, and when asked if he has that game circled on the schedule, Doubs gave an honest answer about his time in Green Bay.
"Green Bay took care of me. There's no reason for me to have that level of pressure against them," Doubs added.
It's nice to hear that Doubs is grateful for his time with the Packers. The Nevada product exceeded expectations as a fourth-round pick during his tenure in Green Bay, establishing himself as a top receiving threat for quarterback Jordan Love.
Now in New England, Doubs will look to make life easier for quarterback Drake Maye. The 26-year-old is slated to be the Patriots' No. 2 receiver, as the team is widely expected to trade for A.J. Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles this summer.
