The one-time Super Bowl champ visited the Jets on Monday, April 27, as the franchise looks to add to its quarterback room after landing Smith in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders in March.

It remains to be seen if Wilson will suit up for a 15th season in the league. He spent the first 10 seasons of his career with the Seattle Seahawks before being traded to the Denver Broncos in 2022. Denver moved on from Wilson after the 2023 season and he started for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2024. The Giants signed Wilson to a one-year deal in 2025.
Wilson, drafted in the third round (75th overall) in 2012, led the Seahawks to two Super Bowls and helped the franchise win its first title at the end of the 2013 season.
