SB Nation's latest poll reveals Minnesota Vikings fans are gearing up to watch more of the 2026 NFL Draft compared to last year, when the team had limited picks. Increased excitement is noted as the draft approaches in just a week and a half.

It is, once again, time for us to check out the results of this weekâs SB Nation Reacts poll, checking the voice of Minnesota Vikings fans from around the internet on our topic of the week. Our question this week centered, once again, around the 2026 NFL Draft, which is just a week and a half away.
We wanted to know exactly how much of this yearâs selection meeting you intend to watch. Last year, with the team making just five picks, and none on the second day, there wasnât a whole lot of action to be had for our favorite squad. But this year promises to be different, and it appears that folks are going to be changing their viewing habits accordingly.
Of those who responded to our poll, 31% said that they would be watching both of the days that the Draft will air in prime time, that being Thursday and Friday. Another 27% said that they would be watching all three days of this yearâs Draft, while 26% said that they wouldnât be watching at all and would just follow our coverage here at The Daily Norseman. The other 16% said that they would just be watching Thursday nightâs first-round coverage.
Now, obviously, because of the nature of what I do here, Iâm going to be locked into all three days of Draft coverage. Even if I werenât doing this job, Iâd probably be watching quite a bit of it, because I have what people might call a âproblemâ in that I pay entirely too much attention to this sport. I was like that before I started doing this. In fact, if I hadnât been, I probably wouldnât be doing this job now. I will say that I appreciate that there are so many of you who will be stopping by on Draft Weekend to get the latest news and updates on what the team is doing, because thatâs really what makes it worthwhile.
So, wherever you might be watching (or, in some cases, not watching) this yearâs Draft from, we appreciate you taking the time to participate in this weekâs poll. Weâll have another one coming up for you next week, so keep your eyes open for it.
