LIV Golf CEO Scott O'Neil assures financial backing for the 2026 season amid funding concerns.
The Seattle Seahawks, fresh off a Super Bowl win, face roster challenges ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft after losing key players. With only four draft picks, they must maximize their selections to fill critical needs.
The Seattle Seahawks are fresh off a Super Bowl 60 win but will need to make upgrades to their roster during the 2026 NFL Draft to aid their chances of repeating.
The Seahawks lost several key players – including Kenneth Walker, Riq Woolen, Coby Bryant and Boye Mafe – in NFL free agency without making many major additions. As such, Seattle will need to maximize its 2026 draft picks to help replace some of that talent.
The problem? The Seahawks are armed with a league-low four selections in the 2026 NFL Draft. That will make it difficult for Seattle to plug all of its holes, even if it manages to trade down and acquire additional selections.
The good news for Seattle is that the team is still armed with three top-100 selections. So, even if the Seahawks aren't able to acquire more draft capital via trade, they will have an opportunity to plug some of their biggest needs at cornerback, running back and along the defensive line.
Here's a look at how the Seahawks could upgrade their roster during the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Seahawks retained Josh Jobe, but they still need to replenish their cornerback depth after losing Riq Woolen to the Philadelphia Eagles in free agency.
Cisse is an elite athlete and allowed just 18 catches on 38 targets in his lone season at South Carolina. Mike Macdonald could mold him into a long-term starter alongside Devon Witherspoon while allowing another former Gamecock, Nick Emmanwori, to continue thriving in the slot.
Kenneth Walker parlayed his stellar season and Super Bowl 60 MVP into a three-year, $45 million contract with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Seahawks will need to find a way to replace him, especially with Zach Charbonnet recovering from a torn ACL he suffered during Seattle's playoff win over the San Francisco 49ers.
Price is a versatile running back who generated 761 scrimmage yards and 13 total touchdowns despite playing behind Jeremiyah Love, an All-American and a likely top-five selection in the 2026 NFL Draft. Price could emerge as a strong backfield leader in a larger role and also provides great value as an elusive kick returner.

The Seahawks had great depth across their pass-rushing unit last season, as seven players logged at least 221 pass-rushing snaps, per the NFL's Next Gen Stats. One of those players was edge rusher Boye Mafe, who signed a three-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals in free agency.
If Macdonald wants to continue rotating his defensive linemen at a high rate, Seattle will need to find a replacement for Maye. Height is a nice value at this point, as the explosive edge rusher logged 10 sacks for Texas Tech last season while showing an ability to bend around blockers.
Jalen Sundell graded 20th among 37 qualifiers at center during the 2025 NFL season, per Pro Football Focus. The Seahawks don't necessarily need to upgrade him, but adding some competition along their interior line would be wise.
Coogan has good size (6-5, 311 pounds), athleticism and experience that could allow him to eventually emerge as a quality starter.
