Everton vs Liverpool: Preview, Lineup, and How to Watch
The Seattle Seahawks announced their plans for Super Bowl LX rings in collaboration with jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills, set to be unveiled this summer. The ring ceremony is expected to take place in June, similar to the Super Bowl XLVIII ceremony in 2014.
The Seattle Seahawks made a joint announcement with jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills Tuesday afternoon about the plans for their Super Bowl LX Rings.
They posted this video on instagram around 1 p.m. PST today.
The caption mentions the rings will be unveiled this summer. The ring ceremony usually happens in June, between OTAs and before players that have left for other teams are required to be present in other cities. The Super Bowl XLVIII ring ceremony was on June 19, 2014, so that’s the best precedent to go off as of now. It’s as nice of a last hoorah with the Seahawks one could ask for for Kenneth Walker III, Boye Mafe, Coby Bryant, Tariq Woolen, and the rest of the departures.
The video features an old Seahawks classic as the song choice in Bittersweet Symphony. This track used to be played as the team ran out of the tunnel before every home game. It’s a nice nod to the franchise’s recent history of success.
The jeweler, Jason of Beverly Hills, has done three Super Bowl rings in the past. The Philadelphia Eagles’ last year, the Los Angeles Rams’ in 2023, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ in 2022. In past designs, they’ve included nods to the franchise winning their second Lombardi Trophy for both the Eagles and Buccaneers, which would definitely be in play for the Seahawks this time around. The M.O.B. and 12 As 1 mottos would be a worthy inclusion in the design as well, as would the 29-13 score, the famous “We Did Not Care” quote, and “The 70” signifying the practice squad, who’ll get rings too. This team has no shortage of unique mantras to be commemorated in diamonds. We should get our first look at the finished product sometime in the next 2-3 months.
