The reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks made some moves this offseason to help restructure their roster after some key departures in free agency.
Kenneth Walker, Riq Woolen, Coby Bryant, and Boye Mafe all left in free agency for new teams. But, fortunately for Seattle, they had plenty of options they could turn to in place of those departing veterans.
Gary Davenport of Bleacher Report projected the entire starting offense and defense for the Seahawks, and this projection should give fans confidence in repeating as Super Bowl champions for two reasons.
"Offense: QB: . RB: Jadarian Price. WR: , , . TE: A.J. Barner. OT: (LT), (RT). OG: (LG), (RG). C: ," Davenport projects.

The Seahawks restructured their roster by filling gaps left by departing veterans with new options, enhancing their projected starting lineup.
Fans should feel confident as the projected starters indicate a strong team capable of competing for another Super Bowl title.

This starting offense projection has the entire offensive line and wide receiver rooms returning. Sam Darnold and A.J. Barner are also returning. Only Jadarian Price, replacing Walker, is different for the starting offense in 2026 compared to 2025.
"Defense: Edge: DeMarcus Lawrence, Uchena Nwosu. DT: Leonard Williams, Bryon Muprhy II. LB: Ernest Jones IV, Drake Thomas. CB: Devon Witherspoon, Josh Jobe. S: Julian Love (SS), Bud Clark (FS), Nick Emmanwori (NB)," Davenport projects.
The projected defense for Seattle is also looking as elite as it did a year ago, with the linebacker, edge, and defensive tackle starters staying the same.
While Mafe left, his loss isn't as impactful as losing Lawrence or Nwosu would've been. The secondary is a bit different, with Jobe and Clark being new starters, though Jobe was a starter for much of 2025 in place of a struggling Woolen.
There might be just one issue with the defense, and it's whether Clark can adequately replace Bryant. He won't be as good as him right away, but as long as he's not a liability, the defense should be as good as it was last year.
Between the offense and defense projected starters, there are just two new faces and three new starters compared to last season, when they won the Super Bowl.
With how dominant they looked last year, and with such a similar roster, it's well within reason for Seahawks fans to believe their favorite team has a good chance to repeat as Super Bowl champions in 2026.
