SEC baseball power rankings shift lands Georgia, Daniel Jackson on top after Week 12
Week 12 in SEC baseball brought yet another new leader in the power rankings with red-hot Texas A&M finally dropping a series to Auburn.
The league is deep, with as many as nine teams still in contention to host a regional, but the conference looks unlikely to match the record 13 NCAA tournament bids it got a year ago.

Georgia has a comfortable lead in the SEC regular-season race with a relatively favorable closing schedule. Daniel Jackson is still the overall SEC leader in batting average, OPS, home runs and RBIs, though his teammate Tre Phelps could challenge him on the former.
