Jake Sanderson took a brutal hit to the head from Carolina Hurricanes forward Taylor Hall during their playoff game on Thursday night. And now the injury news for Sanderson isn't good.
The Senators confirmed Friday that Sanderson won't be available for Game 4.
"He's not doing very well," head coach Travis Green told reporters.
Sanderson has been confirmed to have a concussion.

Sure, on the one hand, it's a veteran in Hall being physical in the postseason.
