Chelsea is reportedly targeting three high-calibre managers for the upcoming season after sacking Liam Rosenior. The club is looking for a new head coach amid concerns over managerial stability.
Sky Sports name 3 managers Chelsea are targeting in pool of high-calibre availability
Sky Sports believe Chelsea will have a pool of high-calibre managers available in the summer in their latest report out today.
As we know, Chelsea sacked Liam Rosenior last week and they are now once again in search of a new head coach to go into next season with. I would say and beyond but we all know how this lot have operated so far, so thereās no expectation for Chelsea managers to even last six months these days let alone a year.

Weāve been hearing plenty of names floating around, and now Sky Sports, likely via some cleverly pushed out club PR as Chelsea like to do, have some latest info on the new manager search and also have three names for us.

As picked up on SPTC today, Sky say that Andoni Iraola, Marco Silva and Xabi Alonso are among the managers Chelsea are discussing.
Chelsea believe there will be a bigger pool of high-calibre managers available this summer than there were last time they appointed a manager between seasons.
And the report also says that the club now want someone with Premier League experience and/or someone with a proven track record at a high level.
In the new manager hunt, sources all over are reporting that Chelsea have madeĀ contact with Andoni Iraola ā and the reasons for that are pretty obvious.
Liam Rosenior called out his players after his last game in charge ā and in many ways was proved right by their performance yesterday. Trevoh Chalobah has shrugged off these criticisms.
