SIOUX FALLS — Team Blue (boys) and Team White (girls) posted victories in the South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association-Sanford Pentagon All-Star Games on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
The game featured a number of the state's best high school seniors.
Team Blue defeated Team White 121-105 in the boys' game and Team White downed Team Blue 109-94 in the girls' game.

Mitchell's Colton Smith tallied 28 points, 11 rebounds and six assists and Sioux Falls Lincoln's Sam DeGroot 28 points and 10 rebounds to power Team Blue to victory.
Other key contributors for Team Blue included Marvin Richard III of Pine Ridge, 20 points and seven assists); Paxton Deal of Stanley County, 12 points; Will Kuhl of West Central, 10 points and 13 rebounds; Colby Flowers of Wessington Springs, 10 points; and Stellen Larson of Harrisburg, seven rebounds.

Team White received 21 points and six rebounds from Trey Hansen of Vermillion, 16 points and nine rebounds from Damon Wilkinson of De Smet, 14 points and six rebounds from Riley Casey of Little Wound, 13 points and eight assists from Tatum Sorensen of Dakota Valley, 11 points from Parker Graff of Wessington Springs, 10 points from Jackson McClemans of Watertown, eight points and nine rebounds from Kellen Artz of Baltic and seven points from Deubrook Area's Chance Schoenfeld.
Carter Buisker of Watertown was originally selected to play in the game but did not participate.

University of Nebraska recruit Ashlyn Koupal of Wagner led Team White to victory with 25 points and nine rebounds.
Other Team White leaders included Marissa Storm of Ethan, 22 points and six rebounds; Hazel Luethmers of De Smet, 13 points and five rebounds; Andie Peters of Lennox, nine points; Addison Neuendorf of Hamlin, nine points and eight assists; and Jaelyn Huntimer of Arlington, Addie Siemsen of Mitchell and Dana Harpe of Sioux Falls Washington, each seven points.
Mobridge-Pollock's Blake Thompson poured in 24 points for Team Blue. Alyvia Padgett of Brandon Valley contributed 18 points, Liz Boschee of Sanborn Central-Woonsocket 13 points and six rebounds, Sydney Terveen of O'Gorman and Hylton Heinz of Huron nine points each, Sadie Mehrman of O'Gorman, 10 rebounds; and Gracie Salter of Brandon Valley, eight rebounds. Talya Vincent of Sioux Valley scored three points.
