"Iām committed to learning from this, making better decisions, and earning back the trust of my players, our organization, and the fans. I appreciate the support of my family and the United Football League, and I respect the process as it moves forward.

Ginn Jr. was charged with driving while intoxicated in Tarrant County, Texas, according to multiple reports. He was stopped at 12:58 a.m. April 11 for traffic violations and an officer conducted a DWI investigation, Euless police spokesperson Brenda Alvarado told TheĀ Dallas Morning News. He was subsequently arrested, she said.
Ginn Jr. is not on the sidelines of the Aviators' away game against the Dallas Renegades at noon April 12. Offensive coordinator Todd Haley is assuming head coaching duties for the team, per a UFL statement.
