The Tennessee Titans' 2026 schedule has been released, featuring three preseason games and a season opener against the New York Jets on September 7. The team will not have any primetime games initially but may be flexed into one later in the season.
At last, the 2026 schedule for the Tennessee Titans is now set, and the team can fully focus on training camp and the regular season.
On Thursday night, the team's entire schedule was released, including the team's three preseason contests. Unfortunately, for a second consecutive season, Tennessee was not awarded a primetime game, but it could be flexed into one later in the season.
Tennessee will open the season in Nashville at Nissan Stadium on September 7 against the New York Jets, in what should be an entertaining game between two rebuilding franchises. This game took on a different look when the Titans hired former Jets head coach Robert Saleh earlier in the offseason, and it took on an added sense of revenge.
After a second home game to start the season against the Philadelphia Eagles, the team's first road game won’t take place until Week 3, in what could be considered another revenge game. The Titans, and new offensive coordinator (and former New York Giants head coach) Brian Daboll, will travel to New Jersey to face the Giants.
The Titans will have a balanced home-and-away schedule, with the team's bye week scheduled for Week 9.
In all, the Titans have six games against four playoff teams in 2025, and four of those six are against 2025 division winners. In fact, one of those playoff teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers, will take part in the final scheduled game at Nissan Stadium.
