Tennessee Titans' second-round pick, linebacker Anthony Hill Jr., is being recognized as a potential impact rookie. His versatility and skills make him likely to see significant playing time early in his career.
There is little doubt that the Tennessee Titans added a few impact players over the three days of the 2026 NFL Draft, and likely multiple Day 1 starters in the process.
While Carnell Tate and Keldric Faulk received the most attention as first-rounders, in recent days, second-round linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. has started to come into focus as a player who will see action early in his career. The latest to chime in on Hill is ESPNās Field Yates, who sees him as an impact rookie.
Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Tennessee Titans (No. 60)
Hill's versatility is why I think he has an easy pathway to playing time. He is a highly skilled athlete with the ability to make plays from sideline to sideline and flip the field (17 sacks, seven forced fumbles in a three-year college career). Whether he plays as a stand-up inside linebacker, rushes the passer off the edge or drops into coverage in sub packages, Hill should be a busy and active player for new Titans coach Robert Saleh.
From the moment that the Titans made the pick, new defensive coordinator Gus Bradley has shown his excitement with the selection, and for good reason: Hill is a perfect fit for the scheme.
With the Titans needing to add more to the unit, his addition not only fills a need with a potential impact player but also adds another stout defender to what appears to already be a much-improved unit.
