Unfortunately, it looks like the promotion effort is in big trouble. After a 1-1 draw against Arminia Bielefeld last weekend, they sit 5 points behind Köln II with only one game in hand. They will need Köln to drop at least two more points, and with only five games remaining, the odds of that are looking vanishingly small. BVB play next on Sunday at 1:00 PM CET against DJK Wacker Mecklenbeck.
