The Cleveland Browns have signed eight of their ten draft picks ahead of rookie minicamp, including their first-round pick, offensive tackle Spencer Fano. Two draft picks remain unsigned as the team prepares for the upcoming camp.
The Cleveland Browns are heading into rookie minicamp with little worries.
After stacking up a boatload of talent in the 2026 NFL Draft, 10 picks in total, they have already signed eight of them to their rookie contracts. That includes their ninth overall pick and offensive tackle Spencer Fano. This is a huge burden off of the front office to have their top pick signed, along with the majority of their other picks already under contract. Here is the full list of pick the Browns have already inked deals with heading into rookie minicamp:
This leaves just two draft picks left unsigned: first round wide receiver KC Concepcion and safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren.
It is hard to say what the holdup is with wide receiver KC Concepcion. Perhaps there is special teams incentives he wants added to his deal if the Browns also plan to use him in the return game, or if there is offset language similar to that of defensive end Shemar Stewart with the Cincinnati Bengals a year ago.

For McNeil-Warren, it is easy to see the holdup. Last year, there was a massive logjam of unsigned second round picks at this point in the process due to guaranteed money. Every pick up to the 50th overall pick received fully guaranteed contracts, including both Browns' picks, linebacker Carson Schwesinger and running back Quinshon Judkins.
Cornerback D'Angelo Ponds, the 50th overall pick has signed a deal that fell just short of fully guaranteed. There is a chance that McNeil-Warren, the 58th overall pick in the draft, does not sign until the 57th overall pick inks his deal to see what kind of guaranteed money is in his contract. That player is Chicago Bears center Logan Jones.
Once Jones inks his rookie contract, the signing of McNeil-Warren will probably not be far behind.
