Manchester United have reportedly shortlisted Bournemouth starlet Alex Scott ahead of the summer window.
It comes after the young talent earned the Player of the Match award following his match-winning display away to Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday afternoon.

The Cherries won a jam-packed race for then-19-year-old Scott back in 2023 when signing him from Bristol City for a reported ÂŁ25 million.
Although the starlet had been touted for a top-six move, he opted for a switch to the Vitality Stadium instead, where he has since been able to play a regular first-team role and gain crucial top-flight experience under the highly-regarded Andoni Iraola.
Originally, he was utilised as an off-the-bench option while he found his feet in the Premier League, as well as nursed some unfortunate and lengthy injury setbacks.
Now, however, he has been an influential cog at the heart of Iraolaâs high-flying team, having started 29 times this season and racked up 2,410 minutes of action.
Such continued stellar showings have, to Bournemouthâs dismay, led to Scott again being at the centre of transfer speculation â even more so since he provided a late dagger in North London to dent Arsenalâs title hopes over the weekend.
Clever build-up play from the Cherries culminated with Scott finding himself with acres of space around Arsenalâs box to convert a well-taken effort past David Raya, sealing a 2-1 win on the road and extending his sideâs unbeaten record to 12 matches.
Post-match, one Tottenham Hotspur fan told club expert Paul OâKeefe that heâd like to see Spurs pursue the Bournemouth whiz in the coming months, to which OâKeefe replied: âMan Utd want himâ.
Further, he added: âThey like him a lotâ.
While unlikely to play a part in where he wants to ply his trade, itâs worth noting that Scottâs stepsister, Maya Le Tissier, is captain of United Women, and it goes without saying that the family would likely relish the opportunity of having both players around the same area.
