Diaz can use his quickness to get in behind the opponentâs backline and is a decent dribbler with the ball at his feet. He has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates in and around the opponentâs penalty area and can strike the ball with power from long range.
The Moroccan sensation is primarily a right-sided wide player but can also function as a left-winger or play as an attacking midfielder down the middle if told to do so. He already knows the Premier League well from his time at Man City and wonât take much time to adjust to life at the North London club.
We can expect Diaz to enhance the quality of Tottenham head coach Robert De Zerbiâs frontline. He is more than capable of challenging for a regular first-team spot at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next season.
At 26, Diaz is about to enter his prime, which makes him a worthy target for Spurs to pursue this summer. With all things considered, De Zerbi should focus on going all out to snap him up in the upcoming transfer window as long as he can get him for a reasonable fee.
