Solanke was forced off with a hamstring injury, while Xavi Simons picked up an ACL injury that has ruled him out for the rest of the season.
Tottenham haven’t given an update on the extent of Solanke’s injury, but The Telegraph report the forward may have suffered a grade-two injury.
Recovering from the issue could take between three and eight weeks, which suggests he may not play again for the Lilywhites this season.
Solanke suffered an ankle injury in August and remained out for over four months.
But he was a regular starter during the second half of the season, scoring three goals in 15 Premier League appearances.
Solanke’s absence would be a blow to Tottenham’s hopes of securing top-flight survival.
The Lilywhites are currently stuck in the relegation zone, despite winning against Wolves last weekend.
