Springboro baseball achieved a dramatic 7-6 walk-off victory against Troy on May 12, with Chase Bailey scoring the winning run on a wild pitch. The win improved their record to 17-6 as they prepare for a game against Badin on May 14.

Chase Bailey scored the game-winning run on a wild pitch to give Springboro a 7-6 senior day walk-off win against Troy on Tuesday, May 12, ending the game in time to allow ‘Boro baseball to check in on Springboro grad A.J. Ewing’s MLB debut.
Ben Veletean tallied two hits with two RBI and Bailey and Jacob Rhinehart each went 2-for-3 with one RBI apiece to lead ‘Boro.
The win moved the Panthers to 17-6 overall with a matchup at Greater Catholic League Co-Ed champion Badin up next on Thursday, May 14.
The loss ended a 12-game win streak for Troy. Logan Akers had two hits with three runs scored in a losing effort.
Troy dropped to 20-2 overall. The Trojans are slated to play at Greater Western Ohio Conference champion Centerville on Wednesday, May 13.

Northmont 12, Miamisburg 1: Jayden Snyder picked up the win with five innings of work as well as going 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored to lead Northmont. Bryce Staggs added two RBI and Brady Whitaker doubled and drove in one.
Lebanon 10, Chaminade Julienne 5: Mason Hurst had a 3-for-3 day with two runs scored and one RBI in a fifth straight win for Lebanon.
Carroll 9, Wilmington 5: Joey Pleiman finished with three hits and two RBI and Mitchel Schmidt added two RBI for Carroll.
Fenwick 13, Fairborn 0: Carter Shouse smacked a home run while Jude McCullough and Anthony Snyder combined on the shutout for Fenwick.
Butler 8, Stebbins 6: Jack Egbert went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two stolen bases, Davis Ketterer improved to 6-0 on the mound and Butler held off a Stebbins rally effort to improve to 20-3 overall.
Carlisle 13, Eaton 1: Nolan Oda had a 4-for-4 day at the plate with two RBI and Cody Svarda tallied three hits with three runs scored to help Carlisle win a seventh straight game.
Talawanda 4, Cin. Trailblazers 3: Ty Davie hit a sac-fly in the bottom of the seventh inning to score the game-winning run, helping Talawanda claim its first win of the season in walk-off fashion.
Valley View 10, Middletown Madison 6: Wyatt Burkett doubled and drove in three runs, Austin Johnson added two hits with two RBI and Valley View snapped a three-game losing skid.
Franklin 16, West Carrolton 10: Connor Leach went 4-for-4 with a double and two RBI to help Franklin turn around a five-game losing skid.
Dayton Christian 12, Brookville 2: Daniel Thoma tallied four hits with three RBI and Titus Riddell had two hits and scored three times for Dayton Christian.
Mississinawa Valley 11, Bradford 1: Cole McGlothlin struck out 10 over six innings and Caden Hanes and Cooper Nieport tallied three RBI apiece for Mississinawa.

Greeneview 18, Madison Plains 5: Nick Hassid drove in four runs off four hits, Matthew Phillips added five RBI and Greeneview scored 13 runs in the ninth inning for the extra-innings win.
Anna 15, Miami East 0: Cale Wannemacher drove in five runs off two hits, including a three-run homer, to help Anna move to 17-4.
Houston 3, Franklin Monroe 0: Luke Crim tossed a complete game shutout on just 73 pitches to lead Houston.
St. Henry 8, Versailles 6: With the win St. Henry clinched at least a share of the MAC title.
Minster 11, Celina 2: Reese Beair tallied three hits with three RBI and three runs scored for Minster.

Lakota East 17, Colerain 0: Haley Thompson homered and drove in three runs while Karli Damen swatted two doubles for two RBI and two runs scored to help Lakota East close out the regular season with a 17-1 mark in GMC play.
Hamilton 8, Lakota West 2: Emili Schappacher and Sierra Hoyte each hammered a home run, with Schappacher also striking out seven in a complete game in the circle for Hamilton.
Wilmington 9, Fenwick 2: Lauren Diels tallied 16 strikeouts in a complete game win and Makenna Dorsch hit a home run for Wilmington.
