This does not bode well for the clubās prestige. But perhaps importantly, the lack of success in the last two years has had an economic impact as well, leading to the devaluation of the Real Madrid squad.
A review of Transfermarkt valuations done by Diario SPORT reveals that the collective market value of the Real Madrid squad has fallen by approximately ā¬176 million since the summer of 2024.
The list of players who have seen their valuations drop significantly makes for uncomfortable reading at Valdebebas.
Rodrygo has experienced one of the sharpest declines, falling from ā¬110 million to ā¬50 million, while Eduardo Camavinga has dropped by the same margin, from ā¬100 million to ā¬50 million.

Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Jr have also taken notable hits, with the Englishmanās valuation falling from ā¬180 million to ā¬140 million and the Brazilian dropping from ā¬180 million to ā¬150 million.
Aurelien Tchouameni has slipped from ā¬100 million to ā¬75 million, and Eder Militao from ā¬60 million to just ā¬25 million.
Only eight players in the current squad have seen their market value rise during this period. Arda Guler stands out as the most dramatic example, soaring from ā¬30 million to ā¬90 million, while Alvaro Carreras has climbed from ā¬35 million to ā¬60 million.
