Tafa left nothing to the imagination earlier this morning (Sat., May 2, 2026) at UFC Perth LIVE on Paramount+ from inside RAC Arena in Perth, Australia, putting a brutal stop to towering light heavyweight Kevin Christian with a first-round knockout (elbows).

Christian came out firing on the feet and landed a whipping leg kick that really hurt Tafa. It was only the first kick landed by Christian and Tafa was already changing stances. Luckily for Tafa, he was able to regroup fairly quickly and started to close the distance in the standup. Eventually, he was able to sweep Christian off his feet and proceeded to land countless brutal elbows from top control. Christian eventually went out and the referee stepped in.

Check out the video highlights below:

Tafa, who is now 3-5 as a member of the UFC roster, snapped a two-fight losing streak with this performance. The knockout specialist hasn’t quite lived up to his hype when he entered the promotion just over three years ago, but if he can continue to stay on his feet Tafa will have a chance to win in exciting ways.
