Arenas averaged 14.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists while shooting 34.1% from the field this past season with the Trojans. He registered four 20-point games, including a 29-point, six-point performance on Feb. 3 in a win over Indiana.
The program announced on Tuesday that the 19-year-oldĀ would withdraw from the draft and return for his sophomore year. It is not known whether Arenas still plans to participate in the annual scouting combine or if he will withdraw and be replaced with another player.

The prospects invited were voted on by team executives this week. The list typically identifies players projected to have the highest odds of hearing their names called or signed as undrafted free agents by teams after the two-night draft concludes on JuneĀ 24.
The event will feature 5-on-5 games, strength and agility testing, shooting drills, measurements and other related on-court exercises.Ā The top performers will be invited to the draft combine, taking place May 10-17 at the Wintrust Arena and Marriott Marquis.
The field of players includes several who are testing the predraft process and could return to college next season. They will be able to receive feedback from teams about their respective draft stocks ahead of the early entry withdrawal deadline on May 27.
