USC men's basketball has added two transfer guards, Issac Bruns from South Dakota and Jadis Jones from Lindenwood, for the upcoming season. Bruns has one year of eligibility left, while Jones has two.

Bruns spent the first three seasons of his career with South Dakota. As a junior during the 2025-26 season, the 6-foot-5 guard averaged 20.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists while shooting 44.7% from the field and 39.2% from beyond the arc across 20 games.
Bruns was the Summit League’s leading scorer and ranked No. 15 in the nation in points per game before suffering a season-ending foot injury in January.

Jones played two seasons with Lindenwood, where he was one of the best players in the Ohio Valley Conference. As a freshman during the 2024-25 season, Jones was named the conference’s Rookie of the Year. Then, as a sophomore last season, Jones earned All-Ohio Valley Conference First Team selection.
Jones averaged 15.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists in 28 games last season. He led the OVC in field goal percentage (57.4%) and ranked second in the conference in rebounding. Jones also set the Lindenwood D1 program record for double-doubles this season with 10.
