In what was an action-packed week that featured some high-profile matchups, there were plenty of important victories, close wins and outstanding individual performances. With that, we've got 11 candidates for Girls Lacrosse Player of the Week, presented by White Plains Hospital.
Our previous poll winners this season were Sofia Conners (Somers), Fin Degl (John Jay-Cross River) and Emily Butler (Tappan Zee).
Read below about what the nominees accomplished last week, then cast your votes. The poll will be open until 3 p.m. Wednesday and the winner will be featured on lohud sports social media accounts.

The midfielder scored five goals, including the 100th of her career, and had two assists, four groundballs and four draw controls for Mahopac in a win over Carmel. Cirelli also had four goals and four draw controls in their 11-8 win over Lakeland/Panas.
The goalkeeper made six of her eight saves during the third quarter of the Wildcats' 11-5 win over Greens Farms Academy. She also contributed to a defense that stifled St. Luke's in a 15-2 win.
The Michigan-bound senior had three goals and four assists for the RedHawks in a 17-11 win over previously undefeated Yorktown last Thursday.
The goalkeeper made 34 saves last week, including stopping 13 shots in the Koalas' 14-9 win over Ursuline of Massachusetts and eight more in their 18-8 victory over Ursuline of Delaware.
The senior rang up nine goals, five assists and 12 draw controls to lead the Broncos in wins over Mamaroneck and Scarsdale.
The sophomore scored six goals in the Eagles' win over Edgemont and had seven draw controls and four goals, including the 100th of her career, in a win over Croton-Harmon.
The defender caused three turnovers, had eight draw controls and recovered three groundballs last week, helping the Garnets earn wins over Mamaroneck and Horace Greeley.
The sophomore had six goals, two assists, three caused turnovers, three draw controls and two groundballs for the Huskers in a 15-9 win over Somers. She also three goals and an assist against Nyack.
She had five goals and two assists to lead the Mounties in a win over North Rockland.
She totaled eight goals and 11 assists in the Bears' wins over North Salem and Blind Brook.
The freshman totaled nine goals and 10 assists in the Foxes' wins over Harrison and Section 2's Niskayuna last week.
