Now it’s time to crown a new winner for the week of Monday, April 27 to Saturday, May 2.
Here are the nominees for the IndyStar's high school track and field Athlete. IndyStar readers vote to decide this week's winner. Voting closes at noon on Thursday, May 7. The poll is at the bottom of the article.
Individually, Falk won the 100 meters (11.1) and 200 meters (22.9). He was also a member of the winning 4x100 team and the second-place 4x400 team.
Gabriela Grande Rosas (right) is a nominee for IndyStar's track and field Athlete of the Week.
Rosas secured three wins at the Carmel vs. Zionsville girls track meet. Individually, she placed first in the 200 meters (26.63) and the 400 meters (57.21). She was also a member of the winning 4x400 relay team.
Henry had a solid performance at the Carmel vs Zionsville girls track meet on April 28. She placed second in the 100 meters (12.94) and fourth in the 200 meters (27.54).
King struck gold in discus and shot put at the Pike MIC girls meet on April 28. She threw 123 feet, 7 inches in the discus and 39 feet, 9.50 inches in the shot put.
Latham placed first in three individual events at the Lebanon high school tri meet on April 28. He won the 110-meter hurdles (14.52), 300-meter hurdles (39.90) and boys long jump (21 feet, 3 inches). He also ran the opening leg for the second-place 4x100 team.

Voting for the Athlete of the Week for April 27 to May 2 closes at noon on Thursday, May 7.
The nominees include Titus Falk from Covenant Christian, who excelled in the 100 meters and 200 meters.
Titus Falk won the 100 meters in 11.1 seconds, the 200 meters in 22.9 seconds, and contributed to winning the 4x100 team and a second-place finish in the 4x400 team.

Luyindula clinched four wins at the Lebanon high school tri on April 28. Individually, he won the 100 meters (11.14) and 200 meters (22.49). He ran first leg for the winning 4x400 team and third leg for the 4x100 team.
Rehmel was victorious in the 800 meters and 1600 meters at the Pike MIC girls meet on April 28. She crossed the finish line at 2:23.15 in the 800 meters and 5:20.16 in the 1600 meters.
Soteria-Udu won the 100 meters, 200 meters, girls long jump and 4x100 relay at the Lebanon high school tri meet. She ran a 12.93 in the 100 meters and a 27.66 in the 200 meters. She clinched the long jump with a leap of 16 feet, 3.50 inches. Lebanon’s 4x100 team recorded a time of 52.42.
Tyler placed first in the 110 hurdles with a time of 16.22 at the Perry Meridian vs Southport & Unified track meet on April 28. He also secured third place in the 300 hurdles (43.51).
White won the 100 meters (11.42) and 300-meter hurdles (39.98) at the Perry Meridian vs Southport & Unified meet. He also ran the anchor leg for the winning 4x400 team.
