The second half of the Tennessee high school boys soccer season underway.
Last week The Daily Herald highlighted the area's top players at midseason and now you can select the very best athlete thus far by casting your vote for the Columbia area TSSAA boys soccer Midseason Player of the Year.
Here are the nominees, with midseason statistics provided by area coaches.
William Shetler, Battle Creek, Jr.:Â Shetler led the Grizzlies with four goals and three assists at midseason.
Pablo Cisneros, Columbia Academy, Sr.:Â Cisneros scored nine goals and provided one assist for the Bulldogs in the opening four games of the season.
Cooper O'Connor, Columbia Central, Sr.:Â O'Connor had eight goals and one assist through six games.
Zaiden Cochran, Culleoka, Sr.:Â Cochran is having a standout campaign leading the Culleoka defense, which had five shut outs at midseason while conceding just five goals.

Brendan Medina, Independence, Sr.: Medina had a team-high six goals and two assists at midseason.
Brad Hoffman, Lawrence County, Sr.: Hoffman led the Wildcats with 10 goals at midseason.
Jase Shelton, Loretto, Sr.: Shelton scored five goals for the Mustangs while also providing five assists.
Braydon Parish, Mt. Pleasant, Jr.: Parish had six goals and five assists for the Tigers.
Hudson Dickey, Richland, Sr.: Dickey led the Raiders with 11 goals and three assists.
Luke Russell, Summit, So.: Russell led Summit with seven goals at midseason.
Hudson Beaman, Zion Christian, Fr.: Beaman has burst onto the scene in his freshman campaign, scoring 10 goals and providing three assists through midseason.
