If Tennessee remains at No. 4, its selection will ultimately depend on which players are already off the board.
With rumors flying that the Arizona Cardinals (pick No. 3) have interest in drafting Jeremiyah Love, that would leave at least one of Arvell Reese or David Bailey available for the Titans the following pick. Both possess an elite upside, filling a key need on defense for coach Robert Saleh. If Reese and Bailey are selected Nos. 2 and 3, as many analysts have predicted, the Titans would be wise to jump on Love, perhaps the best player in the draft.
