Since the introduction of the transfer portal in college basketball, it has been intriguing to see how different coaches use it. For the most part, Duke and Jon Scheyer have been quiet, including this year as the Blue Devils signed just three newcomers via the portal, but the addition of 5-star portal player John Blackwell will have a huge impact on the ACC and college basketball.
