Why didn't the Bills make a 1st-round pick?
The Bills actually made three trades to move down and out of the first round.
They were at No. 26 originally, then traded down to the Houston Texans at 28.
Then they traded down to the New England Patriots at 31.
And then they traded to let the Tennessee Titans get up to 31 while the Bills dropped to 35, which is the third pick of the second round.
