William Saliba, Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka were not in Arsenal training today
Arsenal trio Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Martin Odegaard were not involved in the Gunners’ training session today, according to Sky Sports journalist Sam Blitz. However, there is nothing to worry about as they were doing individual training as Mikel Arteta’s men prepare to host Burnley at Emirates Stadium next Monday. It is normal for some Arsenal players to train away from their teammates and the North London club will continue to take the best decisions for their stars ahead of the final three games of the campaign.
Riccardo Calafiori was available in open training this afternoon in a big boost for Arteta. He came off at half-time against West Ham United on Sunday but appears to have avoided any serious injury. Arsenal remain without Jurrien Timber and Mikel Merino, and it remains to be seen whether either player will be available for action before the campaign ends. The Gunners face at Selhurst Park in the last game of the season next Sunday (May 24) before playing in the Champions League final on May 30.
They were not present for team training but were participating in individual training sessions.
Arsenal is preparing to host Burnley next Monday and will face Crystal Palace in their final league game before the Champions League final against PSG on May 30.
While Saliba, Odegaard, and Saka are managing their training, Riccardo Calafiori has avoided serious injury and was available for open training.
