scholastic titles. Winter Park also posted podium finishes with a silver medal and scholastic title in the menâs pair, along with bronze medals and scholastic championships in the menâs lightweight 8+, womenâs third varsity 8+, womenâs fourth varsity 8+, and menâs second freshman 8+.
Gold medal womenâs first varsity 8s were: Coxswain Carly Centauri, Olivia Cagle, Jill Schnitker, Nadia Davidson, Juliana Kodera, Grace Miller, Sophia Vesela, Ansleigh Ballenger and Anastasia Vakh.
Gold medal womenâs second varsity 8s were: Coxswains Laken Narine, Stella Cales, Olivia McCann, Lilly-Mae Amdal, Avelyn Stewart, Emma Williamson, Sofia Lee, Kate Decker and Natalie Vincent.
Silver medal menâs pair was Owen Hanniford and Brian Vann.
Bronze medal womenâs third varsity 8s were: Coxswain Vee Dubill, Mackay Austin, Sam Bosco, Isla Yeomans, Avery Hawks, Delaney Boadella, Sofia Montijo Rivera, Avery Kodera and Luna Desormoux Braga.
Bronze medal womenâs fourth varsity 8s were: Coxswain Taylor Dinklage, Janessa Foon, Ava Marlowe, Nicole Savinykh, Alaina Ferris, Angelique Carmack, Camilla Cardenas, Lyla Wardeh and Maggie Root.
Bronze medal menâs lightweight 8s were: Coxswain Rose Silker, Cayden Kilgore, Cooper Trochinski, Tripp Montgomery, Tommy Richardson, Oliver Grin, Charles Tso, Will Fibiger and Cameron Van.
Bronze medal menâs second freshman 8s were: Coxswain Rafi Troncoso, Tucker Bleakley, Andrew Christ Jolta, Owen Sharpe, Luke Rosen, Caleb Estill, Kyler Jacobs, Liam McGuire and Dan Dyke.
Also, earlier this month, the Seminole County Area Rowers took part in the Florida State Rowing Association State Sculling Championships with Bryan Gracia Lopez capturing the gold medal in the boys lightweight singles, earning him the title as scholastic and youth state champion.
Also, in girls varsity doubles, Elenor Chapman and Baylee Hart earned a bronze medal and in the girls varsity singles, Quin Stepp earned bronze.
Winter Park Crew has won the state scholastic team championship for 14 consecutive years.

The Winter Park squad has several NCAA Division I 2026 rowing signees: Claire Cramer, who attends Lake Highland Prep has signed with North Carolina, while six Winter Park High students have signed with colleges, as well: Davidson (Clemson), Decker (Fordham), Juliana Kodera (Southern Cal), Miller (Columbia), Schnitker (Pennsylvania (PENN), Ivy Smith (Miami).
The Winter Park womenâs program is coached by Mike Vertullo, and the menâs team is coached by Hugh Tompkins. The Seminole program is coached by Michelle Hill.
The teams will be eyeing more accolades at the Henley Regatta later this summer in Boston.
