WITH FONDAZIONE MILAN, "LA TUA FIRMA CAMBIA IL GIOCO"
"La tua firma cambia il gioco" (Your signature changes the game). This is the message with which Fondazione Milan relaunches its 2026 5x1000 campaign. A simple yet powerful gesture: by entering tax code 97340600150 in your tax return, you can support the charitable initiatives of the Rossoneri public charity in Milan, across Italy, and around the world.
Every day, fans ask their heroes for a signature on a shirt, a ball, a memory. But there is one signature that matters even more and can truly change the game: the fan's own. All members of the Rossoneri family are invited to act for change, embracing core values such as inclusion, solidarity, and equal opportunity. The funds raised will support Fondazione Milan projects that use sport as an educational tool, foster pathways for growth, guidance, and training for young people, and promote access to sporting opportunities for individuals from vulnerable social backgrounds.
Since the launch of the 5x1000 initiative, Fondazione Milan has raised over €5 million thanks to the support of around 100,000 donors. This has enabled 288 projects, positively impacting the lives of more than 200,000 young people. Among them is Jonel, one of the campaign's protagonists, who found in football a space of freedom, connection, and belonging through Sport for All - Calcio Seduto, which is a project that breaks down barriers and places everyone’s right to play and belong to a team at its core. On the pitch, Jonel grows alongside others, becoming a symbol of how sport can truly be for everyone, also thanks to the support of 5x1000.
The campaign also features project beneficiaries, creators, and Club legend Alexandre Pato, following his recent alongside Fondazione Milan, continuing the legacy of players and club legends who have supported the initiative in the past. The initiative will engage the Club as a whole, activating both its digital and physical spaces: from Casa Milan to San Siro, starting with the match .
