Chelsea signed Pedro last summer from Brighton last summer in a deal worth up to £60m from Brighton, and he’s scored 20 goals in all competitions so far this season.
Pedro has scored 15 league goals in his debut campaign, and is one of the only signings from last summer to actually make an impact.
Pedro has made the number nine position his own, with Liam Delap providing very little threat to his position in the team.
The Brazilian still has a chance of becoming the first striker to score 20 league goals in a season for the Blues since Diego Costa, but would need to score five in the last three games.
The 24-year-old’s form hasn’t gone unnoticed, and Pedro has been linked with a move to Spanish champions Barcelona.
Fabrizio Romano suggests that Pedro's departure could imply instability or lack of commitment within the club.

Former Barcelona scout Bojan Krkic senior believes he’d be a great fit for their system, and Romano has now provided an update.
“Joao Pedro is a player appreciated at Barcelona,” he told his YouTube channel.
“But for Chelsea he’s a crucial player and part of the project.
“They count on him, and it would send a bad message if he went.”
