According to Aaron Boone on Talkin' Yanks, the Yankees are going to call up third-ranked prospect, according to MLB Pipeline, Elmer Rodriguez, to the Majors for his big-league debut on Wednesday against the Texas Rangers.
"Aaron Boone tells us Elmer Rodriguez will be called up to make his MLB debut tomorrow," Talkin' Yanks posted on Twitter/x.
Rodriguez, the 6-foot-4 right-handed pitching prospect, is being called up to the Major Leagues for his debut on Wednesday.
He's 22 years old, ranked third behind only George Lombard Jr. and Carlos Lagrange in the Yankees organization according to MLB Pipeline, and will be making his debut tomorrow.
