To quote the great Billy Madison … YOU BLEW IT!
That’s exactly how legendary MMA coach Ray Longo sees it.
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka suffered a brutal first-round knockout loss to Carlos Ulberg in the main event of UFC 327 last night (Sat., April 11, 2026) inside Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida (watch highlights).
And the aftermath?
Prochazka and some of his supporters claim he showed “mercy” after noticing Ulberg was injured — while most observers (including Ulberg himself) believe he simply made a massive mistake and paid for it.
Ulberg didn’t mince words, accusing Prochazka of fighting with “fear” and hesitation.
Longo took it even further.
“We have to discuss mental illness in MMA, because something’s wrong,” Longo said on *The Anik & Florian Podcas*t. “It’s all funny when the guy is praying on Mount Olympus, standing on his head, drinking his own piss — but this is what happens, man.”
“That poor guy was confused — ‘Mercy! Mercy!’ What the f—k? You blew the f—king fight! You blew it! Holy shit, you gotta be kidding me.”
And he wasn’t done.
“First of all, his first training should be to go watch The Karate Kid,” Longo added. “You gotta be f—king kidding me… Are you crying because you lost? Or because you know how crazy that was?”
Brutal.
Prochazka has already called for an immediate rematch following what is now his third failed title bid — but that seems unlikely, especially with Ulberg quickly shutting down the idea.
Hopefully, Prochazka has a good time rewatching Daniel LaRusso defeat Johnny Lawrence.
