Dodgers Announce Lineup for Second Game of Rangers Series

The Los Angeles Dodgers are hoping to keep the good times rolling after an exciting 8-7 win against the Texas Rangers.

Max Muncy put on his hero cape after Edwin Diaz blew his first save as a Dodger.

Muncy got a hold of a 0-2 pitch in the bottom of the ninth inning with two outs and drove it out of the park, giving the Dodgers a walk-off win.

The Dodgers, with a win on Saturday night, can win their fourth regular-season series out of the first five, keeping their strong start going.

Emmet Sheehan is taking the mound against the Rangeers after Tyler Glasnow had a mostively positive start, other than two serious mistake pitches that cost him four earned runs.

Glasnow took the start ahead of Sheehan in the rotation order as manager Dave Roberts wanted to give the younger pitcher more time in between starts.

The Dodgers will be facing a righty in Jack Leiter, who has a 2.45 ERA and 11 innings pitched. It will be a great matchup for Muncy again, who will look to build on his trio of home runs.

Tucker, Ohtani, and Freeman, all of whom had a quiet day by their usual standards, will all have another favorable handed matchup.

Hyeseong Kim gets another start as he also gets a matchup look as a lefty. Miguel Rojas or Santiago Espinal will be options to replace Kim or Freeland.

All eyes will be on Andy Pages in order to determine who is truly the hottest hitter in baseball. The season is two weeks only, meaning the sample is small, but the Cuban is taking sensational at-bats and making pitchers truly work.

He is punishing any mistake, either marginal or major, and Leiter, with a lineup full of sluggers, will be circling the name of Pages as someone he wants to keep quiet.
