Jason Kelce embraces 2026 Masters with viral ESPN outfit choice

Former NFL star Jason Kelce received an interesting task from his sports media employer recently after sending the former Super Bowl champion to the 2026 Masters in a unique ESPN outfit.

However, the first major golf tournament of the season is quickly growing on Kelce during his debut Augusta National appearance. The former Philadelphia Eagles star even dressed for the part on the grounds of the iconic Georgia course.

During Wednesday’s Par 3 contest, Kelce is wearing an entire caddie ESPN outfit just like many others on-site at the Masters. Meanwhile, Kelce’s large NFL stature certainly makes him stand out more than some of the other family members and actual caddies at Augusta.

Kelce is certainly known for his bubbly personality on the set of ESPN shows, particularly when he finds a fun costume. In the past, Kelce dresses up as Santa Claus during the Christmas holiday season at NFL games.

Kelce’s Masters outfit teases golf community

However, his new viral Masters outfit is definitely different than what many fans are accustomed to. Many golf fans watching the tournament this week are eagerly awaiting the return of Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler and other top stars.

The 2026 Masters features 91 of the top golfers in the sport from the PGA Tour and LIV Golf. Meanwhile, nine amateur players, including rising star Mason Howell, received invites to compete at Augusta.

Howell earned his own positive news this week after finding out he’s paired with McIlroy for Round 1. Additionally, Howell signed a two-year sponsorship with Shake Shack before he tees off at the Masters.

ESPN continues to use Kelce in a variety of different ways to get the most out of his excellent personality. The “New Heights” co-host has become one of the biggest names in sports media alongside his brother Travis Kelce.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end recently revealed that he will continue his legendary NFL career. Kelce’s new contract extension means he’s returning for at least one more season.
