Lamine Yamal sends request to Diego Simeone ahead of Barcelona vs Atlético Madrid
Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has on Monday sent a message the way of Atlético Madrid head coach Diego Simeone.
This of course comes ahead of tomorrow’s showdown between the two La Liga giants.
Barcelona are primed to make the trip to the Metropolitano on Tuesday evening, for the 2nd leg of a Champions League quarter-final clash.
The Blaugrana head into the matchup requiring a comeback result, after being downed by two goals to nil in the tie’s opener last week.
The aforementioned Lamine Yamal is expected to feature from the off in Madrid, from his customary berth on the right flank.
On the eve of the fixture, the 18-year-old therefore took his place in front of the media.
And during the press conference, Lamine made use of the opportunity to send something of a request the way of none other than Diego Simeone:
“I feel good! Let’s see if Simeone does me a favour and lets me play a one-v-one tomorrow…”
