Oklahoma guard Febechi Nwaiwu visited the New York Giants on Wednesday for a pre-2026 NFL draft visit.
Nwaiwu, a senior who measures in at 6-foot-4 and 320 pounds, started all 13 games for the Sooners in 2025, 11 at right guard and two at center. He was a second-team All-SEC selection.
Viewed as a potential Day 3 pick, Nwaiwu is likely to play center at the NFL level.
Here's a look at Nwaiwu's scouting report from NFL Network's Lance Zierlein:
Nwaiwu is reliably active with good length. After a bumpy first season with the Sooners in 2024, he displayed improvement in both phases. He centers opponents in front of him to stay connected and uses good technique to displace down-block targets. However, he is inconsistent finding his foe on move blocks. Chronic leaning and slow initial hand strikes can render his massive wingspan useless against two-gappers and in pass protection. Nwaiwuâs snaps at center offer a peek into what might be his best spot, but his position flexibility is a positive regardless.
The Giants are in the market for depth at guard and center, and added veterans Lucas Patrick and Daniel Faalele in recent days.
