We used to think of recruiting as soap operas for guys, but what would that make portal season?

You can’t really take it too seriously until players commit. In the meantime, well, it’s soap opera city. Take Flory Bidunga.

Louisville fans thought he was a lock to be a Cardinal, but according to Big Red Louie, that may be changing.

And while we try not to get too caught up in it all, like everyone else, we keep up. So we were intrigued that Big Red Louie thinks that Duke is the favorite for Bidunga.

There are a million factors that go into a decision in 2026, so we would suggest not getting too excited, because anything could happen.

However, we’ve always looked to see what other fan bases say about recruiting, or now roster building, because we trust pessimism on those sites more than we trust optimism on Duke sites.
