El tenis masculino español se ha quedado con Carlos Alcaraz como único representante español en el cuadro del Masters 1000 de Montecarlo. Roberto Bautista, que había entrado a última hora como 'lucky loser', se ha visto obligado a abandonar este martes ante Matteo Berrettini. El italiano dominaba por 4-0 en el primer set en el momento del adiós del pupilo de Pepe Vendrell.
