
Géraldine Reuteler is set to join Arsenal on a free transfer after previously failing to agree on a fee with Eintracht Frankfurt. The 26-year-old forward has spent eight seasons with Frankfurt.
Géraldine Reuteler set to join Arsenal
Arsenal are set to sign Switzerland forward Géraldine Reuteler on a free transfer according to reports.
Journalist Tim Stillman of Arseblog has reported that while the Gunners tried to complete the signing of Reuteler last summer but couldn't agree a fee with Eintracht Frankfurt. However, they will now complete the signing on free transfer this summer.
The 26-year-old is currently in her eighth season at Eintracht Frankfurt having first joined the team when they were still known as 1. FFC Frankfurt having initially joined from Luzern.
This season, Reuteler has played 31 times for Eintracht in all competitions, scoring nine goals and making six assists.
