
Michigan State University has offered a scholarship to Asa Burch, a highly sought-after edge rusher from Warren, Ohio. Burch, who plays for Harding High and stands 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, is part of the 2028 recruiting class and has received offers from over 10 schools, including Michigan and Ohio State.
Michigan State is the latest power program to extend an offer to an edge rusher from Ohio.
Asa Burch of Warren, Ohio announced on Thursday that he's received an offer from the Spartans. He announced his offer from the Spartans via a social media post.
Burch plays for Harding High, and is listed at 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds. He is part of the 2028 class, and is not yet ranked, according to 247Sports.
Michigan State is one of more than 10 schools to already extend an offer to Burch, according to 247Sports. He also has picked up offers from Michigan, Missouri, Oregon, Ohio State, Penn State, Pitt, Tennessee, Akron, Kent State, Youngstown State and Wayne State.
