A Nebraska running back commit has locked in his dates for an official visit. Four-star prospect Amir Brown will visit campus from June 19 to 21.
Brown is the 19th overall running back and the 12th overall player in the 2027 class from North Carolina,per the Rivals Industry Rankings. He is also the 295th overall player in the class.
In 13 games this past season, Brown ran for 1,374 yards and 22 touchdowns. He averaged 7.3 yards per carry and 105.7 yards per game.
Brown initially committed to the North Carolina Tar Heels on August 3 but would recind his commitment on October 15. He would officially commit to Nebraska on November 23.
Currently, the 2027 Nebraska football recruiting class is one of the best in the country. The class itself currently ranks 12th overall and fourth in the Big Ten, per theRivals Industry Rankings.
