When the Golden State Warriors suit up for their regular-season finale on Sunday night against the Los Angeles Clippers, they will be without their veteran big man in the front court. Green was ruled out for Sunday's game in Los Angeles due to lower back injury management, ending his regular-season one game early.
Along with Green, the Warriors will be without LJ Cryer and Quinten Post. Will Richard, Steph Curry, Gui Santos, Al Horford and Kristaps Porzingis are available for Golden State's regular-season finale against the Clippers.
Green will finish the season averaging 8.4 points on 41.8% shooting from the field, to go along with 5.5 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game.
Green will get an early start to scouting the Clippers, a team the Warriors could potentially meet in the NBA play-in tournament. After Sunday's game, the Warriors will get two days off before gearing up for the play-in tournament on Wednesday as the No. 10 seed.
