2026 NFL Draft: 3 wide receivers Steelers could target in first round

The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't selected many wide receivers in the first round of the NFL Draft, but that could definitely change this go-around.

Although the Steelers pulled off a huge trade to acquire another talented wideout opposite DK Metcalf, these three receivers would make excellent selections for Pittsburgh's 21st overall pick.

Omar Cooper Jr., Indiana

A precise route-runner with dangerous yards-after-catch ability, Cooper Jr. has been linked to the Steelers over the past few weeks as a potential option for pick No. 21.

Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State

Despite being tied to Pittsburgh in a variety of 2026 mock drafts, Tyson is projected to be selected before the Steelers make their pick in the first round. But if his injury history continues to push his draft stock further down, the Steelers could land arguably a top-three receiver in the class.

KC Concepcion, Texas A&M

Another talented playmaker who can take any touch for a score, Concepcion may be one of the most explosive receivers available for Pittsburgh's first-round aspirations.
