The 14th overall pick is valuable for the Ravens, as it could be used to select a top prospect or potentially trade for an established player like George Pickens.
George Pickens is a superstar wide receiver coming off a career-high 1,429 receiving yards, and the Ravens are interested in him to strengthen their receiving corps.
If the Cowboys trade Pickens, they may look to replace him with a rookie receiver, which could impact their offensive strategy and depth heading into the next season.
The Baltimore Ravens are considering trading their 14th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft to acquire superstar receiver George Pickens from the Cowboys. Pickens, who had a career-high 1,429 receiving yards last season, could fill the Ravens' need for a top receiver as he enters the final year of his contract.
The Baltimore Ravens have the 14th overall pick in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft. Yet, thereâs always a chance that they wonât use the selection. Trades are always possible, and the Ravens could slide up or down the draft board.
Or, they could trade outside of the first round altogether.
Recently, Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report highlighted some potential trade outcomes that could play out during the draft. While doing so, he suggested the Ravens could trade the 14th overall pick to the Cowboys in exchange for superstar wide receiver George Pickens, whoâs coming off a career-high 1,429 receiving yards. Pickens is also headed into the final year of his contract, which has some wondering if Dallas would be open to a blockbuster trade offer.
âReplacing Pickens with a receiver like Kevin Concepcion or Omar Cooper Jr.âon a rookie contractâwould make plenty of financial sense,â Knox wrote. âSnagging Pickens would make sense for a team like the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore could use a legitimate No. 1 receiver, and Pickens would certainly fill that need. He may also relish a chance to go up against the Pittsburgh Steelers team that jettisoned him a year ago.â
While trading the 14th overall pick would be tough to part with, coming away from the draft with a proven receiver like Pickens would be worth the price. The question is, would the Cowboys really be willing to part with one of their best players?
Some think so, but others believe the Cowboys wonât fumble during contract negotiations this time around.
