The Cincinnati Bengals keep meeting with big defensive names ahead of the NFL draft.
Friday was apparently one of the biggest days for that at Paycor Stadium given the information that continues to trickle out.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, in addition to the other reported meetings, the Bengals also hosted Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles and defensive back Lorenzo Styles Jr. on visits.
Local due diligence, no doubt, but it would be easy to see the Bengals adding one or both guys, if possible.
The if possible is about Sonny Styles, who at this point, might not make it out of the top five. But he might just top Duke Tobinâs board if heâs there at No. 10 and the Bengals wouldnât flinch at adding him to the group with Demetrius Knight and Barrett Carter.
Lorenzo Styles is more of a mid-round or later target, but one that makes sense. Heâs still transitioning from wideout and has upside. The Bengals have yet to find a starting slot corner, so getting more guys in the room to compete would be ideal.
Not that Bengals fans didnât know it already, but both guys are names to watch during the draft.
