Cease is delivering on all those dreams so far.

It was a particularly satisfying start for Cease on Wednesday against the Dodgers. The Blue Jays lost in seven games in the World Series last year to the Dodgers, and Cease's signing was in part to try to put the Blue Jays over the top.
So far, Cease is as advertised. He's added a nasty new changeup, and he's making lots of hitters look foolish.
And the Blue Jays won over the Dodgers in the series finale on Wednesday in large part because Cease is on a roll.
Now, he'll just have to keep it up the entire season.
