On the boys side, Colton Mantovani defeated Rowan Alexander in one of the best matches of the day. Mantovani claimed the opening set 6-3 as Alexander then forced a third set with a 6-2 win. Mantovani prevailed in the final set 6-1.
â(Mantovani) has taken some leadership roles as he adapts to the team,â Munro said of the junior transfer. âHe comes in at a good time where we did not have a lot of returning leaders, so he is able to step in and fill that role.â
